Readings are conducted on a first come first serve basis. Readings are meant to provide insight into the client's situation, but are not a substitute diagnosis for any mental/physical/emotional issues the client may be facing. Always consult those respective professionals in the case of severe mental/emotional/and or physical  distress. The client will acknowledge and accept any positive or negative repercussions of any free will actions they take in response to these readings. Jay Fenixx reserves the right to cancel/postpone a reading. In the case of a reading needing to be cancelled or postponed by either client or Jay Fenixx, the client will be contacted within 3 days to come up with a solution. 18+ only
